Aam Amdavadis as well as budding musicians will play their musical instruments on air as part of this event celebrated worldwide to hail the spirit of music. Har chiz special khane ka mann karta hai.Ofcourse everyone loves food but what if you are asked to eat only idlis for two months…hahahahah
I DID THAT.for two months I had only idlis as breakfast,lunch and dinner.
And still they are my favourites.
I am a hardcore Piscean and love to dream day and night.i Had been to Switzerland in dreams just because I was reading a book and the story took place there.And still I remember locations but dreams are my favourite pass time.
Films and actors are variable factors for me..aaj koi aur kal koi aur hi sahi.But I love retro songs.

MY FM SHOW NAME 16ALWAYS...@ 11AM TO 2PM..ON 94.3 MY FM's RJ Krupa was recently praised for her ardor towards social causes by a reputed non-political and non-sectarian organization 'Ladies circle' by inviting her as the Chief Guest of the ceremony. In one of its avant-garde and societal effort 'Ladies Circle' organized a charity event with a game of tambola, where a staggering number MY FM's women listeners participated in a true Jiyo Dil Se fervor.
The entire campaign was projected as an awareness drive towards raising funds for a school for differently-able children. MY FM's RJ Krupa with her usual charm and zeal inspired the audience to participate and donate the maximum they can and all the money raised from the event was donated for the noble cause of constructing flooring for the school. Apart from this, RJ Krupa at her wittiest and quirkiest best hosted the special "MY FM rounds" and the winners received exciting gift hampers along with the latest mobile phones, classy crockery sets and exotic beauty hampers from MY FM.
Speaking at the occasion MY FM's RJ Krupa, quoted "Through such generous Diasporas, I want to do my bit for the society, and I try and generate as much concern as I can for such humanitarian events, through my shows, through the station and even personally". She also mentioned "Not a single ticket was given away as free prize on MY FM … on the contrary each listener came and bought their tickets supporting the cause."
Commenting on the occasion Mr. Harrish M. Bhatia, CEO, 94.3 MY FM said "We feel elated for RJ Krupa to be chosen as the chief guest for this grand event." He further commented "It is overwhelming to see how well she connects with her listeners. This actually is a testament to the fact that she is extremely popular amongst the listeners. MY FM has been proactively organizing and participating in CSR activities and is bound to take radio beyond a conventional medium for just music and entertainment to a more diverse and ever evolving route to generate awareness and spread societal messages. WORLD BEST RJ...AS PER MY OBSERVATION & SWEET VOICE WITH MORNING MANTRA....“A Josh filled morning at Big 92.7 FM as the breakfast show jock is nothing like a typical boring office job. Its completely action packed which requires you to be constantly on your creative toes. Presenting an innovative and entertaining point of view on relevant topics to your listeners each time takes a lot of R&D, constant connect and key insight into the listeners’ lives. Radio being a very dynamic medium giving out information and news by the second required knowing your listener requirements by the minute and positively impacting their lives each day.
On a typical day-Monday to Saturday, I start my day early at 5:30 am as I host JOSH MORNINGS- the breakfast show on the station. Once I reach the station, the next five hours I focus on discussing the latest news and issues which impact the lives of Mumbaikars, and giving my listeners a jumpstart with my music. Bringing out the right content in the right mood through the five hour show is extremely creatively stimulating and requires lot of prep along with keeping myself updated by the second.
Post my show, a creative discussion with my producer for the next day’s show brainstorming ideas after which I have lunch. Then there is prep for next day’s show along with promo recordings after which I spend evenings with my listeners either in coffee shops or movie theatres where I go and interact and know them better and primarily get them to voice their opinions on air. Throughout the day, I am constantly engaged on ideas about the show and how I can further connect with listeners’ everyday.
Overall, a day in the life of an RJ is full of fun and excitement as each day demands new and innovative ideas. Lot of people think that the profession just involves talking a lot on radio, but its packaging and providing our listeners as much value while keeping the talk time less and music and content to suit their moods more .Its not always a bed of roses as constantly I am on my toes hosting my show, preparing for next day’s show, meeting with as many of my listeners each day and being the face of the radio station. I am privileged to have the excellent support system both on the personal and professional front which allows me to live life without
compromises. I totally enjoy my career as a radio jockey and am glad I am able to devote myself completely to it.

About my favorite Rj Dhvanit
As a two and a half year old toddler, he hummed along with the radio and distinguished music pieces with panache. As a teenager, he enjoyed classical & instrumental music as much as popular bollywood numbers. As an adult, his passion grew to acquiring the tidbits of knowledge on any song new or old.
Music plays in his mind every single minute he is awake.His idiosyncratic hobby is to trace with gusto the origin of 'inspired' music pieces. He analyses the rhythm and notes of any composition he comes across with finesse. Taking his love for music into an unchartered territory, he attempts to bring out an album in "gujarati" with contemporary feel. It comprises of 8 songs capturing different moods of life that strikes a chord with every individual.

Sound broadcasting started in India in 1927 with the proliferation of private radio clubs. The operations of All India Radio began formally in 1936, as a government organisation, with clear objectives to inform, educate and entertain the masses.
When India attained Independence in 1947, AIR had a network of six stations and a complement of 18 transmitters. The coverage was 2.5% of the area and just 11% of the population. Rapid expansion of the network took place post Independence.
